A source close to the publication revealed the Girls Like You rapper's forthcoming songs contain lyrics which 'take serious jabs' at the Anaconda star.
However, her team reportedly want Cardi to ignore her rival as they feel 'the lyrics would actually benefit Nicki by putting the spotlight on her.'
MailOnline has contacted Cardi B's representatives for further comment.

She also uploaded a video from a 2016 concert and wrote: '7/29/2016! NO LABEL, NO RADIO PLAY, FRESH OUT OF LOVE AND HIP HOP, ONLY 200K IN MY BANK ACCOUNT, MY FIRST TOUR !!!
'Nobody can make you feel like you cheated yourself or you don't deserve to be where you at when you KNOW YOU WORKED YOURSELF TO THE TOP !!! THANK YOU BARDIGANG! YOU BEEN HERE SINCE THE GET GO!' [sic]
Breaking her silence on the matter, Nicki admitted she was 'humiliated' during a recent interview on Beats 1 on Apple Music.
