The federal trial against Sean "Diddy" Combs will continue on Tuesday with the return of former personal assistant, David James.

Prosecutors continued to interrogate James, who worked for Combs from 2007 to 2009.

James made an emotional testimony on Monday, saying that one of Combs's employees pointed to Combs's photo on the wall and told him, "This is Mr. Combs's kingdom. We are all here to serve him."

James testified Combs described Casandra "Cassie" Ventura as "can be shaped" and he also told James, "She is good. I took her to the right place I wanted. She was young."

He also said that he told Ventura to leave Combs after witnessing the way he treated her, and she told him, "I can't. I can't escape. You know, Mr. Combs monitor a lot of my life."

James testified that he had never witnessed Combs assaulting Ventura, but he observed that two people were controversial about the male singer's career orientation.

Part of his work as Combs assistant is to arrange the hotel room first for his boss, called the "first" room.

James brought Combs's Louis Vuitton bag, inside there were about $ 10,000 in cash and a bag containing 25 to 30 vials of viagra, Tylenol and percocet. Combs also taken ecstasy with President Obama.

Combs's former assistant also bought lubricants for the deceased music tycoon but in cash because this musician did not want those items to be traced to his recording company.

James recalled an incident in Miami in 2008, when he entered the hotel room when Ventura was sleeping with a naked man who was unknown to wear a condom, and a bath. That man left when James entered the room.The former assistant testified that Combs used daily drugs and conducted business when drunk. When asked if Combs used drugs in the studio, James answered, "Of course."

James said he bought drugs for Combs or friends of Combs twice, and he himself only used drugs once on New Year's Eve.

He said that Combs called him in and asked if he was dancing. According to James, Combs had a filming at his party.

Combs is said to have told James, "Okay. I will keep this video when I need it."

The former assistant said that the publication of that video would make him embarrassed.

James testified that Combs made him take the test to find a lie twice when the record director of the recording firm was trying to find the one who stole the money and a watch.

In November 2008, James said on the podium that he was involved in the incident that Ventura recounted in her testimony, in which Combs brought guns to confront Suge Knight.

James testified that he was in the car with a Combs bodyguard at 4 am to get food from Mel's Drive-in when the security guard discovered someone giving guns to Knight.

James said he and bodyguards returned to Combs home about 10 minutes from the restaurant.

James testified that Combs wanted to go to the dinner restaurant but Ventura shouted at him telling him not to go.

Cassie's old friend testified for the allegations of abuse

James watched the testimony of Kerry Morgan, the old friend of Ventura, who confirmed that Combs had violent acts with the male singer.

Morgan said she saw the male rap singer attacked Ventura twice, including hair jerks, kicking and pushing her.

She also said that Ventura once suffered the same fate with Combs and that she had heard the director of the recording firm saying that he "owned" his girlfriend at that time and an artist who signed his contract.

Morgan said she was also a victim of Combs's violence in 2018 when Combs squeezed and then smashed a wooden coat into her head when she came to Ventura's house in Los Angeles in anger because he thought Ventura was dating others.

Morgan told the jury that the attack caused her to shock.

Morgan told the jury that she would sue Combs but Ventura made her sign an agreement that did not disclose information in exchange for $ 30,000 to keep silent, and accused her of "squeezing" and "exaggerating" the attack.

She said the episode has ended their long -term friendship and the two have not talked to each other since then.

Combs are facing federal allegations of plotting to blackmail, sexual trade with force, cheating or forcing and transporting to participate in prostitution. He did not plead guilty.
