with Judge Elizabeth Reisman telling him; 'I really don't think you want to see me anymore and I don't want to see you back in my court.

The disorderly conduct charge stemmed from a video that emerged last week of a fight between Willliams and 17-year-old Luke Wash, who despite his age is reportedly in the seventh grade.

It was the third time in the past month that Williams has been arrested by police in Georgia.

The 42-year-old was picked up on charges of aggravated assault, terrorist threats, and false imprisonment

after police found evidence suggesting he had ordered a woman to beat his bodyguard with a baseball bat while he threatened the man's life in late February.

Williams was then arrested the day after that incident when he punched a clerk at a pool store.

While performing at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn on Friday Williams used his stand-up set to explain what he claims transpired during the violent incident, which started when he sucker punched Wash.

Williams said he had joined Wash and his friends in a game of soccer and that his team was winning when his teenage opponent began to talk some 'sick s***' so he had to tach him a lesson.

The two men then got into a verbal argument according to Williams, which escalated when the 41-year-old comedian said to the boy; '
Claims: During his stand-up set in Brooklyn on Friday, the comedian said Wash (above outside his home in Geoirgia last week) had started talking 'sick s***' after he lost a pick-up soccer game

Listen, you know I’m in trouble with the motherf****** law, you see all these people recording.

'But just understand if I can take your a** around this motherf****** corner, I’ll explain to you, you don’t talk to grown n***** like that.'

None of this was captured in the video, and Williams claims soon after this exchange is when the fight broke out between the two.

Vibe reports that Williams said he went and sat down against a wall once the exchange turned heated between him and Wash in an attempt to make it clear to the youngster that he did not want to fight.

That is when Wash, according to Williams, walked over and stood over him in a menacing manner.

'I say to myself let me stand up and let this n**** see that even though we’re the same size you’re a little boy. I’m a grown a** man,' said Williams.

'I can hit you with this broken fist and get blood, I just want you to have a bloody mouth so that you can have that lesson later.'

He went on to say; 'That’s what happens when you say slick s*** to grown a** men because maybe them n***** can’t teach you that,

but a n**** that can hit you is also a n**** that can pull out a gun and blow your motherf******* brains out.

'Why would you put yourself in that position just because you lost a soccer game?'

Soon after Williams sucker punched Wash, who responded by getting the comedian in a headlock before bystanders broke up the brawl.

Williams also explained that he did not realize that Wash was a minor, claiming that due to the fact that he was smoking a cigarette

and around the same height as him the comedian assumed the teenager was at least 19 years old.

As for why he was even at the field, Williams is claiming it is all because he was trying to avoid getting into trouble with the police.

Williams said he was driving around town on his motorcycle when an officer began to follow him, so he decided to park his bike and begin to walk.

He claims that the police officer continued to follow him however, so when he saw the teenagers it created the perfect opportunity for him to lose the cop.

Williams said that after joining the game he was able to lose the cop and was initially happy thinking that the teenagers had saved him from 'the motherf****** next day in jail.'

The comedian also made a point of telling the audience on Friday that he joined the losing soccer team and helped them rally to victory.

Wash spoke with Dailymail.com last week and told a slightly different story than Williams in terms of how the fight began and what led to the sucker punch.

'We were playing a game of soccer and I just thought it was a soccer game, but stuff happens in sports,' Wash told DailyMail.com.

'He took me over to a secluded area and asked me to hit him and I was like, "I'm not just going to hit you. You want to square up?"

'And then he sucker-punched me so I did what I did.'

Wash, who said he suffered a swollen face from the punch but was not in any pain, claims that after the fight broke up he tried to make amends with Williams.

'I tried to shake his hand and he was like, "back off me little boy,"' said Wash.

'I don't know if he was sour but it is what it is.' In the video, Williams can be heard mocking the teenager even after the fight.

The comedian has a long and varied arrest record, and just last month was picked up on charges of aggravated assault, terrorist threats,

and false imprisonment after an incident in Georgia where he allegedly threatened to kill a man police believe worked as his bodyguard.

Corey Dixon told authorities that after refusing to commit a crime at the request of Williams, the comedian took him to his home where he encouraged a female friend to beat him with a baseball bat and choke him.

Deputy Nicole Bailes told WSB that while this was happening Williams, who was in possession of a firearm, was also allegedly threatening Dixon's life.

Troubles: Williams has a lengthy rap sheet which includes arrests for an alleged altercation with an employee from a pool business (mugshot left) and charges of aggravated assault,

false imprisonment and terroristic threats following an incident with his reported bodyguard (mugshot right). Both happened last month.

He posted a $60,000 bond after the incident with Dixon and was required to surrender his passport to the court while also agreeing to abstain from alcohol and illegal drugs and not be in possession of any firearms.

It was reported that when police raided his home while investigating that incident they found firearms and large quantities of marijuana.

TMZ later reported that family members were claiming Williams was also naked and covered in chocolate

when police entered the home, something the comedian confirmed, saying that he 'likes a b**** to lick it off him before he gets f***** to sleep.'

Williams legal troubles do not end there either, as he is set to stand trial in a Los Angeles courtroom in the near future on a robbery charge.

That charge came in September 2014 after a photographer accused Williams and his good friend Suge Knight of stealing her camera after she allegedly took a photo of Knight's young son.

Knight, who is already behind bars on a murder charge for his alleged role in a hit-and-run incident in Compton last January, is also charged with making threats to the photographer.

The men have both entered pleas of not guilty in that case.

Williams is also looking at a possible battery charge in Los Angeles after he allegedly hit a man outside his hotel earlier this month.

TMZ reports that Williams told police he was inside his hotel when he witnessed a car crash otuside, and rushed down to try and help any possible victims.

That is when Williams claims a group of tall 'rappers' began to mock his 5'5" stature. He claims that he then told the men to shut up, at which point one punched him leading him to hit back in self defense.

Other charges since 2006 include carrying a concealed firearm, burglary and criminal trespass, felony intimidation of a witness,

assault with a deadly weapon, child endangerment, and multiple other assaults in addition to those mentioned above.

Despite this lengthy list of arrests and serious charges, Williams has managed to avoid serving any significant amount of time behind bars.
